Photos:
- We try to represent the quality and colors of the originals as best as possible in the photos provided on this site.
Shipping:
- We will ship items via USPS First Class Mail (Domestic United States)
- Packages ship Monday through Friday, excluding some holidays.
- You will receive an email as soon as your package ships along with any tracking numbers
- Be sure to check your Spam and Junk folders as it will be emailed through PayPal
- For items listed as “In stock” please allow for 1 – 3 business days for us to ship your order.
- Please check your cart to make sure that the items you have ordered are not listed as “Available on backorder.” At this time only the shopping cart page will show if the selected quantity of a product is in stock or available on backorder.
- We have a tiny space at this time so we’re unable to store a large stock of items. Items listed as “Available on backorder” are baked fresh to order, please allow up to two weeks for us to ship your order. (although we really don’t anticipate it taking us this long)
- If you have a special shipping need (ie. you need something by a certain date or want it gift wrapped for a friend), please let us know before you place your order and we’ll try to take care of it for you (we’ll move the sun & moon if we can!).
Your email address:
- Spam is ugly, we won’t send you unsolicited emails unless you sign up for our mailing list
- We ask for your email address when we take your order so we can send you status emails and contact you in case there are any issues with your order
- We are not in the business of selling or giving out your email address
What if the design I like isn’t available in the size or format I want?:
- Contact me to discuss custom orders. Most images are available for special order depending on quantities desired. Additional processing time may be required.
